When you submit a contact, demo, assessment or deployment-plan form, we collect your full name, email, phone number, organisation, interest or target environment, and message. Role and country or region are optional. Please do not include special-category personal data in free-text fields.

Form submissions are stored in our database with the source page path, form variant and form name, submission timestamp and handling status. We also record the user agent and referrer when present.

For abuse prevention, the server derives a hash from the connection IP address when available. The enquiry record stores the hashed IP, not the raw IP address. Public website visitors cannot read or write enquiry records directly.

We use enquiry details to respond to your request, route it to the appropriate team and prepare for the conversation you asked for. Technical information helps us protect the forms against abuse. We do not sell your details, build advertising profiles from submissions or add you to unrelated marketing lists.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Service providers supporting our business are obligated to keep your information confidential and secure.

We use access controls and secure storage to protect enquiry records against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Form submissions are validated by the server before they are stored.

This notice covers the Nexus website. Data processed inside a customer deployment is controlled by that organisation and handled under its policies and the agreement covering that deployment.

Enquiry records are used to handle your request and any resulting commercial relationship. You may request deletion using the contact details in this notice.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to or limit its processing. Contact us using the details above and identify the email address you originally used, or send your request through our contact form.
